Learn various skills then will move into transitions to build towards a fun Acro Yoga flow.
CRAFT WORKSHOP

POETRY NIGHT
A place for expression of self through spoken word poetry. Featuring talented local poets alongside new voices! 

MANIFESTATION DANCE
Get your dance on! Come explore ecstatic dance, music, movement playground co-created by you!
NEW MOON SOUND HEALING
Drink Cacao, move with light yoga, finish off with a blissful savasana including sound + reiki energy healing.
FRIDAY SUNSET SOUNDS
Rooftop live music by local singer/song writers with café taco & drink specials during summer.
