Please see reminders below to make the Trilogy yoga experience amazing for you, other students and Trilogy Sanctuary yoga teachers.
What Time Should I Arrive to Class?
We recommend 15 - 20 minutes early, and please note NO LATE students are allowed into class - out of respect for the time of teachers and students. Please allow for extra travel time to arrive to La Jolla Village due to traffic, and parking in La Jolla Cove can take longer than expected. Arriving early at Trilogy has it’s benefits due to many places to relax, stretch, read, meditate or work before your class :)
Where do I Check-In for Class?
Check-in directly at your studio/room with the instructor.

*Check your ROOM on the Class Schedule. Take the elevator or stairs to your studio, and note the stairs in the Cafe give access to Level 3.
What Do I Bring To Class?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any yoga props. There are two places to fill your water: in the Cafe or on Level 3, both water stations are near the bathrooms.
If you are taking an Aerial Class, then tighter clothing is recommended - especially leggings, and a MAT is required for AERIAL YOGA!
What is the Late & Missed Class Policy?
Late Cancel Fee - $10
*If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of the start time of class.
Missed Class Fee - $15
*If you miss an in-person reservation without cancelling. The class (drop-ins and class passes) will also be deducted from your account.
Please cancel in advance, filling reserved spots is vital to keep Trilogy operating and allows our teachers to plan accordingly - thank you!
How do I register, reserve, and change my yoga schedule?
APPS & Computer Registration - we highly recommend registering through the Trilogy APP first, otherwise you can’t sync to the Trilogy APP if you register via a computer first.

All yoga, events and trainings are final sale?
Yes. Yoga classes, events, workshops, retreats and trainings are final sale. All payment plans once started must be fully fulfilled. Please note, this policy is to keep our yoga studio and event center a viable business since reservations and tickets are directly correlated to the compensation for teachers, facilitators, training leads and our yoga operation costs.
How does the Waiting List function?
There is a limited amount of waiting list spots available for each class, and if you are added to the class/event, then you will be notified via email and/or text to confirm your reservation.
Please note your Trilogy MBO notifications must be TURNED ON to receive these notifications. To turn these notifications, login into the Trilogy MBO link below and select My Info > Profile > Personal.

What are the Class Procedures?
> Please always leave your shoes outside all the studios.
> Please bring into the studio all valuables (wallet, keys, phone, etc), and turn off your cell phone or put on silent.
> Please be mindful of others and your surroundings on your mat or hammock until class begins and throughout class so the teacher can safely guide you during class, and so all students may observe their instructions.
> For yoga inquiries, the best time to connect is before or after class for clarification on yoga-related questions, but we understand an inquiry might arise during class and it’s okay to quickly connect so the teacher can keep teaching their sequence or flow,. Also, you may always view the Trilogy YouTube page for videos for numerous class types offered at Trilogy Sanctuary to aid with understanding for yoga postures, props and cues.
> Post-Class, please return yoga props neatly to the place you found them, take all your belongings and exit the studio mindfully. Thank you!
What If I am New to Doing Yoga?
We recommend watching our YouTube channel to get accustomed to all types of yoga modalities we teach, and to take classes that are usually suitable for newer students to yoga - noted below.

What are the age restrictions for classes?
Kids aged 7-12 years old can only take Kids Aerial Yoga Classes. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult during any mat or aerial yoga class. 16 above for aerial and mat permitted alone and experience is necessary. No entry will be permitted into class if under these age requirements, even if pre-registered online.

Is there parking?
Short-Term parking (check the street signs for time allotment) is available on the streets near Trilogy and long-term parking can be found east of Torrey Pines roads or streets within La Jolla Village - always check the signs :)
