METAMORPHOSIS

One-On-One Transformational Life Coaching

Opportunity to collaborate with Gabrielle: Choose between the 4 Stages of Growth or focus on One Thing You Want to Change.

“Transformation isn’t sweet and bright.
It’s a dark and murky, painful pushing.
An unraveling of the untruths you’ve carried in your body.
A practice in facing your own created demons.
A complete uprooting, before becoming.”

METAMORPHOSIS - TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACHING

The timeless story of the caterpillar transforming into a butterfly is a powerful metaphor for the profound process of evolving our psyche and state of consciousness. It represents the journey from superficial understanding to undergoing life-changing experiences that unlock a deeper capacity and level of perception. More importantly, it symbolizes the ability to use this newfound awareness to release and detach from what keeps us stuck and limited, allowing us to live fully committed and limitless in our power. Pretty much what I’m asking here… What do you want to change or create in your life?

Your opportunity within our 300hr/4-Month YTT framework is to receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship.

What This Includes:
In these one-on-one sessions, you can clarify your intentions, drawing inspiration from the four stages of Metamorphosis creating a road map or step-by-step intentional guideline to catalyze the transformations you wish to manifest in your life. During our sessions and throughout the time we are working one-on-one, I will offer guidance, support, and accountability, assisting you in navigating through what it is you want to focus on, create, or change in your career/teachings/relationships/life, so you may emerge clearer, stronger, more empowered, confident and prepared to thrive and get out of your way:)

Coaching/Mentorship Options:
(pricing only for 300hr ytt)
4 STAGES OF GROWTH: 4 Sessions $444

GABRIELLE BLACHLEY - Lead Facilitator

  • E-RYT 500+ with yoga training certifications and continuing education degrees from India, Guatemala, Chicago, and San Diego.

  • Lead facilitator of over 35 yoga teacher trainings, continuing education programs, and yoga mentorship in San Diego, California.

  • Gabrielle has been teaching yoga and movement full-time for 20+ years and owned her donation-based yoga school - devoted to and passion-filled about healing others.

  • My Dharma: "Metamorphosis:" Dharma + Transformational Life Coach, "Healing Through Stillness:" Restorative Yoga Program Creator, Rise By Ritual: Women's Monthly Gatherings, Reiki Healer, Sound Healing, Hands-On Intuitive Adjustment Workshop, Workshop Creator and Facilitator, International Retreats.

Gabrielle believes that yoga is limitless in its potential to transform and heal our lives. Her approach to teaching is holistic, intuitive, playful, and therapeutic, She encourages her students to turn inward to the constant fluctuations and transformations taking place with each breath, recognizing that each time you step onto the space of your mat, you can begin again.

Gabrielle was born and raised in Chicago, where she was trained to be a professional ballerina, blessed to have her mother as her mentor for many years. This experience set the stage for her affinity and passion for physical expression and artistry of movement.

An unfortunate injury intercepted her lifelong dream and dedication to becoming a ballerina. But, through this humbling life experience, she found yoga, which would forever change and heal her life, and her relationship to her physical body and mind.

After receiving a BA in Fine Arts and Communications from Loyola University of Chicago, Gabrielle’s free spirit led her to many faraway places like Hawaii, Europe, India, and Morocco, where she lived, studied, and trained for several years exploring the vast world of yoga and the healing arts. It was on this journey, that she heard the calling and first realized she might just be...a teacher, like her Mother (something she denied for years)?!?!

These life experiences and a series of life-altering events challenged, humbled and encouraged her to spread her wings and begin her donation-based yoga school, Monarch Yoga Shala, in Chicago, IL. Founding a donation-based yoga school, was a dream, and through this dream, Gabrielle realized her potential to help and transform people's lives was endless. It was also during this time in her life, as a young mother and business owner that again life challenged her physically, and after a traumatic spine injury, was faced with the reality and challenge of rebuilding her relationship with her body. This new reality as well as several other injuries over time would give her priceless insight and influence her to pursue a different path as a teacher, one which forced her to fully focus on the importance of biomechanics and alignment. After doing a few online trainings with Sadie Nardidni and working at Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness as Yoga Director, her style of yoga is more "anatomy-enhanced," with attention to intuitive alignment.

Being raised by a strong-willed, free-spirited artist and force of nature, Gabrielle always envisioned doing something for women's empowerment. Rise By Ritual is a women’s healing circle and collaboration of women empowering women which began as a dharma project that turned into a monthly gathering at yoga studios in San Diego.

After a few decades of traveling and teaching from studio to studio, gaining invaluable life and professional experience, Gabrielle's butterfly soul found a yoga home at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla. Gabrielle is the director of Yoga Teacher Trainings, lead instructor, workshop facilitator, founder and co-lead of Circle + Rising, and creator and lead facilitator of "Healing Through Stillness," a Restorative Yoga Training.

Gabrielle's dharma has revealed itself as being a "space holder" and spiritual guide: one who holds a safe, sacred space for individual exploration, transformation, and deep healing. We all find ourselves in life moments where what we are doing, is no longer working... this is our chance to take a sacred pause, "to begin again" and realize the limitless potential of every breath and every life moment!

BRANDON BERGADO - Module Lead

The hockey player turned yogi. At 15 years old I left my home in San Jose, California to play hockey for teams all around the US and Canada. What I thought was going to be a long ice hockey career was cut short in 2019. Two major concussions within three weeks of each other forced me to let go of everything I worked for and focus on healing my brain. It’s crazy because what I thought was my biggest nightmare, ended up being the most restorative transformation I could have ever imagined. These concussions gifted me the opportunity to sit alone with my thoughts for months and discover the most powerful method of healing. Enter Yoga and Meditation.

I was so broken at the time that I promised myself I would do anything I could to build a happy home within myself. A place where I can always come back to and never feel lost in life.

To me, meditation is the best route to that destination. That is what Yoga is all about. How open can you be to accepting life changes? And can you create the awareness and discernment to interpret every thing that happens in a way where you never loose your inner peace? That’s the work that made me fall in love with this practice.

My roots in yoga started with meditation but as I got healthy, my practice evolved into asanas (postures) and inversions. I'm drawn to creative, yet challenging, movement patterns that allow you to transcend your mental and physical limitations. I believe this is where we combine the practices of meditation, mindful movement, and breath to bring the mind back to center, back to home.

LEILA CALDERA - Module Lead

Leila’s interest in yoga sparked at a very young age with early memories of being intrigued by her mum standing on her head. Her curiosity for all aspects of yoga, physical and spiritual lead her to India in 2010, where she became a certified Yoga Teacher.

During her time in India, she was brought back to the roots of yoga; how it is a way of life, not just movements on a mat. Leila says “I feel that in the West we have come far away from the true meaning of Yoga. It has become just another way of getting fit and getting the body into shape. While finding harmony in the physical body is important in Yoga, creating it in the mind and spirit holds perhaps the greatest benefit.”

As well as teaching yoga, Leila has always had a passion for circus arts. Being fire dancer and performer her love of Aerial silks naturally lead her to Aerial Yoga. For her, Aerial yoga creates the perfect balance of strength, grace, flexibility and flow. It is playful and exciting, and at the same time relaxing and nourishing.

Her passion for yoga, aerial, food and healing inspired her to create her own wellness space. Her and her husband created Trilogy Sanctuary in 2014, to further encourage health, wellness, community and soul connection. She has been teaching Aerial Yoga for 10 years and has lead a number of Aerial Trainings both in the USA and aboard. Leila’s classes are light hearted and soulful, offering students insightful ways to deepen their mind body connection through the art of play and movement.

Joe Caldera - Module Lead

Joe Caldera has had spiritual and psychic experiences since he was a young child. These ranged from receiving messages to experiencing visions of people and events before they happen. At first, Joe assumed this was something everyone could do easily since it came so naturally to him from an early age. While it is true that everyone is born capable of these spiritual gifts and abilities, many do not allow that part of themselves to open.

At age nineteen Joe started having clear, specific visions about future events. At first, he would experience this only a day or two in advance in dream states - they would always unfold exactly how he envisioned. After years of suppressing the curiosity sparked by these experiences, the journey to pursue his true purpose in this realm finally began.

This spiritual journey involved many avenues from yoga to Zen meditation, religious studies to metaphysics, and various healing modalities, all of which are incorporated into Joe’s practice today.

After this self-exploration, he worked with a teacher in Florida who helped him more fully develop these gifts and has been involved with The Berkeley Psychic Institute on various levels. Now, Joe is a well-known San Diego spiritual healer providing spiritual readings, healing and counseling services in his La Jolla serene office nestled on the rooftop of Trilogy.

He created a cross-country tour called 50Give in which he volunteered at nonprofits in all fifty states, Canada, D.C., and Mexico. Soaring spirits fueled by passion & play lead to the creation of more beauty in this world, so let's all become frequent flyers!

Brian Wilson - Module Lead

Brian Wilson is the owner of Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness and our partner gym, Catalyst Performance. His journey towards physical therapy began as a high school biology teacher and varsity soccer coach in an urban school district in Kansas City, Missouri where he grew up. He, like many of his colleagues, trained athletes the way he had been coached only to find out that not all bodies are built to withstand the same rigors of sport and life. Seeking out advice on how to cure his injured athletes, Brian stumbled into an open house for physical therapy. After conversing and picking the brain of several university professors, Brian found himself being interviewed for a position in the upcoming Master’s class. From that night on, Brian has been on a mission to change the way people treat their bodies.

He earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from Rockhurst University in 2006 and moved to California the following year to pursue experience in the field of functional physical therapy. He routinely draws from his teaching and coaching days to help people from all ages and walks of life to find purpose behind working out and becoming healthy. He uses his infectious personality to motivate others, regardless of their current status, to grow beyond their prior level of function and become better than they ever knew possible.

When Brian is not actively treating or designing a training program for a group of athletes, he dedicates his efforts to expanding the Catalyst empire, focusing on enhancing the outreach initiatives and community connections. He remains passionate about working collaboratively with the team to foster a more holistic approach in physical therapy, emphasizing comprehensive treatment methods and actively engaging with the community to promote healthier lifestyle choices. His commitment lies in not just treating patients, but also in evolving the profession to better serve and integrate with the lives of those we help.

During his free time, Brian finds his greatest joy in getting to be a kid again while playing with his 3 children and wife, Alicia. Since becoming a “Wilson Party of Five” he has found less time for his racing endeavors but enjoys each new chapter that unfolds with the active lifestyle he lives. He regularly enjoys coaching, traveling, running, cycling, skiing, adventure racing, fishing, hiking, and getting outside – in moderation of course!
